Once a product has been opened, its seal has been removed, or its protective packaging has been tampered with, it cannot be returned or exchanged, even if it has not been used. This is to maintain health, safety, hygiene, and product quality standards.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, please contact Ethar Shop Customer Service as soon as possible, explaining the issue and providing photos or a video of the product when required.

6. Shipping Costs
